Physiotherapy: We do a comprehensive assessment which means we need to see the area of the body we are treating. For lower limb/pelvic injuries/low back pain, loose fitting or athletic shorts, and for upper limb/neck problems a singlet is a great idea.
Exercise Physiology: Comfortable clothes to be able to move around in/perform exercise in. Adequate closed toe shoes are also a must.
ALL CLASSES: Must bring a sweat towel for hygiene reasons. A drink bottle is also recommended you keep yourself hydrated
Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology consultations are compensable through private health insurance and we offer on the spot claiming. Rebates available through private health funds vary depending on your level of cover and fund you are in.
Subsidised visits are also available when referred by your GP under the Enhanced Primary Care Program.
Yes. Due to the fact we offer one on one hands on consultations, and have set aside our time especially for you, we ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment that you give us 24 hours notice. This enables us enough time to be able to fill that spot and help someone else to achieve their goals as well.
Contact us today and we will be happy to help you out!
